Early Access issues already

Yes they were. Way back when you first ordered CE NE etc. They also sent out a notification like a month ago that you could register said code and most recently a reminder to register the code if you haven't yet.

I'm not sure I understand the OP's issue then ....By "early access issue already", I assumed they meant they thought they couldn't get early access. If the the issue is that they may not receive the game before EA is over, that's not really an 'early access' problem.
