Shipping my physical CE order

So, wait a second. I got my preoder code for items such as gryffin Mount and already typed that into mog station. Does that count as registering my heavensward or is there another code?

Yes, thats what mine shows....but I did this,

Early Access Registration
Windows Version (for users who pre-ordered the physical package or download version)
How to register:
1. Users who received an 18-digit (AAAAAA-123-AAAAAA-123 format) pre-order code will need to redeem this code on the Heavensward pre-order website (http://sqex.to/HiR) to receive your early access code (20-digits). Additional details on this step can be found here.

2. Once you have your 20-digit early access code, log in to the Mog Station (http://sqex.to/Msp) using the Square Enix Account you wish to participate in Early Access with.

3．Select the "Your Account" tab on the top-left corner of the screen.

4．Select the service account you wish to register your code on. If you have multiple service accounts (represented as tabs named FINAL FANTASY XIV 1, 2, etc.), please select the service account you wish to register your code to. If you only possess one service account, proceed to Step 5.

* Please confirm the appropriate service account by verifying that the service account has the character names and Worlds that you want to send the bonus items to.
* Please be careful as your bonuses will not be received on your desired service account if you select the wrong service account.

5. After confirming your service account, select "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)."

6. Enter your Early Access Code, then click “Next.”

7. Confirm details, then click “Next.”

If you ordered from EU, you didn't get a preorder code, just early access code. Seeing as your mogstation shows Heavenward early access, you don't need to do anything more yet.

If you preordered the physical version, then once it's delivered, you'll have to enter the CD key in the box into the mogstation, I'm assuming instructions will be in the box. This must be done before the 27th, as that's when the early access period ends.

For digital versions, I can't be certain, but I'm assuming it's the same, only the CD key will be emailed to you. Don't quote me on that though.

Okay, so first I got a mail with the 18 digits code, that's right. However the code was unredeemable and soon I got another mail with a 20 digits code I redeemed at mogstation right away. The message for bonus items received for my account popped and since that time my account status says heavensward early access.
Basically I skipped what you listed as first step somehow, so just hope it works... :/

Yeah I ordered from EU; both digital CE and physical CE for my gf. She had the same issue with the 18 digits code I mentioned above, however got a 20 digits code mailed as well.

Really? Where did you order it from and all the info I've found is that you supposedly aren't suppose to receive it till the 23rd? And which version did you order?

I ordered from the SE online store. The version was the early access collector's edition. I had ground shipping which is like 5-10 days or something.

Okay, well the shipping might explain it then, I got overnight shipping...
