Nope, because tanks are getting an accuracy bonus when they are in tank stance, not in their offensive stance. What you are saying is that healers should get an acc boost in their "offensive stance" which isn't the same as giving an acc bonus to tanks in their "tank stance".

To emphasize, the reason tanks are getting an acc bonus in their tank stance is to give them better odds of hitting their attacks for enmity gains, however if they choose to go offensive then they will no longer have that acc bonus and that is their trade off for going into the offensive stance.

Just in the case you may didn't know it. If they go out of their tank stance is because they are going to do offtank stuff, meaning, they'll be hitting from back or side, meaning, the accuracy requirement for that will be lower.... THEY EXACTLY get the accuracy up in tank stance because they have to attack from in front... Basically, they have their accuracy buffed because they have troubles with it... Healers also have troubles with it.... So.... Why not?

While a tank that does not have 100% hit rate can fail at their role (holding aggro). It's two different spectrum when it comes to a tank having 100% accuracy versus a healer having 100% accuracy. The inherent accuracy for gear is enough to get them by for soloing. If you wanted to improve on healer's dps (which at this point is min/maxing), you'd want to go out of your way to budget accuracy into your stats (via food or relic melds).

Practically asking for them to hand over min/maxxing to the healers ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
