Could probably make a very similar look alike set with what we have in the game already.

The chest piece very much looks like the Hempen Camise for Miqo'tes, along with that very short pair of pants. (Hempen Bottoms. Kinda hard to tell since the PLD's arm is wrapped around that part of her, covering half of it) There's a few gloves that look like what she's got on in the pic. And while I can't think of any exact boots/shoes off the top of my head to compare to that pic, I'm sure there's a set of shoes in the game that looks similar to those said shoes in the pic.
