As far as I know, you'll need to return to the launcher and change language settings there. I think only the cutscene language can be changed on the fly. Not 100% sure though; haven't tried for a while.

This would be correct. To change in-game text, you need to change the launcher language to your language of choice. Changing cutscene dialogue language is an in-game option.


On the same topic, is there a better way to change input language on the fly?
Currently I think if you are on full screen mode you need to exit full screen and change the IME in order to change input language.![]()
I just use shift-tab and alt-shift for all my IME swapping needs... There's a small chance you may need to be in windowed (borderless or otherwise) to do that, though, not sure.
I also use this... the set-up is tad different but same results. I play full-screen by the way.
