i had the same issue too

resolve it by buying the steam version , u cant buy the expansion seperatly ,must first buy the base arr then the expansion

this happened due to registering your account with the free give away when 2.0 was launched
there is no way to change the account from steam into windows to resolve the issue
my account is shown as steam to the support , but i i am not playing the game through the steam systems....... we are special we pay more

I've cancelled and sent a support message. If I can't refund and then buy the steam version to avoid paying twice, I'm just going to have to block the billing process.
