Will servers be expanded for expansion launch?

Thats what those servers get for players moving from medium and low server to those servers BECAUSE it has most people for faster queues and way more groups in party finder.

This will be a hard few weeks for those servers, but then they will reign top for popularity soon.

Queue times have nothing to do with which server you're on. It depends on which data center you're in. Instances are shared between a whole data center.
