    I believe they said before it would be a separate client, so wouldn't be bundled.

    It is a separate client, but it's not client as in "entire game" it's client as in the .exe that runs the game and tells it what it can/can't use graphically. They did say it would be patched into everyone's game, but I can't figure out where that was and I'm trying to find a source. see below
