    Account currently suspended?

    Hi, I'm unable to login and can't find any information for how long, or why? I never broke any rules today for the brief 2 Hours I was on this morning, and was working the rest of the day.

    Can anyone help? The only explanation I have is that my previous free company has been randomly threatening me with reports whenever I open my Casino. Dx

    1.) have you confirmed your account is suspended?

    2.) Casinos are not against ToS so no one can report you and get you suspended for that.

    Do you know you are suspended? Or you just can not log in?

    Have you accessed your Mog Station to check your account status? (Your billing period is up and there was a payment error?)

    People can report you for spam, but not for the casino itself.

    Yes, all it says is "This service account is currently suspended."

    There are different types of Casinos. There are some that are against the ToS and others that are not.
