Will Au Rah get a new starting cutscene or will they start out like in 2.0?

It was stated that there will be two parallel zones for 50+ leveling to help congestion. Level 1-50 will not have changed, other then an increase in rewards from the MSQ's.

I said starting area, on where you start playing your character for the first time, doesnt matter what lvl he has, but oks it was a misundertood.
