Interestingly enough, they actually toned him down quite a bit in Japanese in the latest patches. His 2.55 Japanese dialogue is pretty much exactly the same as it is in English, with no real suggestiveness or over-the-top behavior.

It's basically lots of him being SUPER EXCITED about you being around... like a little too excited if you know what I mean.

In 2.55 ( in the french version at least ) an adventurer you recruit for the battle of Ishgard says that Haurchefant kept looking at his ass all time, but payed well when he was working for him, I don't know if it was in the english version.

I'm guessing sometime early in the game once we meet Iceheart again since a dungeon shown in the dungeon trailer is inside Ishgard.

Pretty great guy, only Ishgardian. I can think of that doesnt treat us with contempt. Even gave us some hot cocoa (with marshmellows) no less.
