Rongi's turn to vote! As one of your mentors this cycle, you all did an amazing job, but I think 7 of you really stood out this round and deserve a little praise! My votes will reflect that~
(note: for all you paranoid models out there, just because you are on this list does not necessarily mean you are eliminated between episodes 1-7. And vice versa, just because you are not on this list doesnt mean you are safe from elimination between episodes 1-7. So save yourself the stress and quit reading into every word I say! xD)
In alphabetical order! *I do love a good alphabetical order! xD*

Eldaena
Iris
Koriander

Great shots one and all! You all did wonderful and it was a pleasure looking at your shots. I wish I could've chosen all of them and thank you for sharing them with us and all your hard work. That being said these shots I felt were the strongest, or at least spoke the most to me:
1. Masha- By far the best shot in my opinion. The framing is excellent, great pose,
both Masha and Ifrit can be seen clearly and add to each other instead of detract. The spell effects enhance the shot too, making it more exciting.
2. Mini Ninja- Right out of an action hero movie! Just great timing. All the elements are there to make the shot and it looks like he is getting knocked around with the blast and protected with the spell. Clear shot.
3. Rina- The judges didn't like this one but I loved it! Not only is her pose great but her armor and weapons are fantastic. She even got the light tracer from one of her daggers. People complained about not facing Ifrit but I think that was the point of the shot. She's fighting adds in the battle and forgot about Ifrit. She is in the heat of battle! Will she notice in time or will this be her demise? Tune in next week to find out!
4. Eldaena- I really like this shot. When I started I actually had it at 6th but the more I thought about the shot the more I appreciated it. This shot really makes you think and has many layers and a strong feel behind it. At first I felt just as the judges that the spell effects covering Ifrit were too much. But I couldn't helped being drawn to it. I realized that I was focusing on judging it on the wrong merits. Ifrit blurred in the background is WHY this shot is so great! I realized this was perfect shot of a spellcaster. It captures her channeling her magic, and, in order to do so she has to tune out the fight and impending dangers and concentrate purely on her incantations. This shot shows her inner focus. The the spell effects going out from her blurring Ifrit represent how her inner power is cast out and lessens Ifrit's domineering presence with her heals. The most interpretive piece of the batch!
5. Iris- A great shot. I just felt the others had a greater feel to them. Maybe moving the frame over a bit to catch more of Ifrit's fire would've enhance it? And down a bit to catch more of the jump. I love the gleam of the sword and capture of the cut. Having another player in the background who seems to be defeated is a nice touch, like Iris is saving them. The last man standing or something like that. Party wiped and only he is left with Ifrit down to the last of his HP!
6. Doki-Overall good clear shot. Nice particle affects too and pose. It just didn't stand out enough to me though. Maybe if he was not at such an angle to Ifrit or if it was taken with some spell affects from Ifrit present. Perhaps just widening the shot and not cropping so much would make it more powerful. Though it was a nice shot technically I didn't feel too much of a strong feeling or story behind it.
7. Koriander- I love this shot. I really wish I could placed it higher! Everything is almost perfect about it. A magnificent capture of the book closed. The spell effect circel around it. The fairy. The amazing lighting is perfect. Dark and brooding in the background with Ifrit but a "light shadow" cast on Koriander at the front making great contrast between the hero and the primal. If only Ifrit's head wasn't covered! I'm not sure if it would be possible to adjust the shot to get it in and still maintain the great elements of the shot but it being covered up really seems to hurt it. Maybe a different angle could've been used? Regardless it was very well done.

What I love about Ifrit shots is that glowing firelight that makes everyone look incredibly fierce.

I just have to say thank you for your kind words. I'm happy someone really likes this picture and can see to an extent where I was going with it. I'm not sure if you heard the quote that went along with my image in the video, but I did carefully select it.4. Eldaena- I really like this shot. From the ashes, a fire shall be woken. A light from the shadows shall spring.
My picture is taken right before Ifrit uses hellfire, and my healer was channeling her magicks quickly to try to protect everyone from the coming onslaught XD Also, its a LotR quote that totally fit the theme as well!

Thank you for your kind critique! I'm happy someone really liked my photo. ^_^Rina- The judges didn't like this one but I loved it! Not only is her pose great but her armor and weapons are fantastic.
