I started doing PVP all day everyday few wekks ago from lvl 24 and today i'm halfway to 38. Then I'll just slack until Heavensward
So far I have.....
-max allied seals
-max grand company seals
-max pvp rank, wolf marks, and 200 wins mount
-tomes of both kind
-every t13 wep except axe and sch book for leveling up.
-2 weeks paid vacation from work.
-17 million gil (and counting)
-pre-order early access
My body is ready

I have:
Gotten lucis for 2 out 3 gatherers (need miner)
Saved 30 million gil
Beat turn 9
Caught all but 2 big fish (stupid bat o nine tails and anomalcaris)
Got Master Caster achievement
Got Of dragons deep achievement
max GC seals
max leves
Hoping to finish the rest before Heavensward.

To be honestly honest though....>.>....<.<....
Ark's been consuming my time until expansion. I've only been getting on to run the FC events and grab my cactpots.

LEVES
-Save up levequests
-Have 16 leves already completed before maintenance goes down, so you cann turn them in for some fast exp on a job
-Precraft items to turn in for crafting/fishing leves after your initial 16 have been turned in for DoW/M exp
RETAINERS
-Send retainers out on the highest 18 hour venture they can, you'll want them leveling fast too.
-Have 200+ Ventures ready so you can level them quickly using Quick Ventures (quick ventures reward up to 500k exp)
BEAST TRIBES
-Have a full set of Beast tribe dailies already completed for another fast turnin of exp
-if leveling DOH, do Ixalis. They will be worth ~250k+ exp per day
-stock up on Moonstones from them also, and trade them to Talan in RT for Better Crowned Pies. That Spiritbond food buff will help with getting Grade V materia
STOP DOING THIS
-leveling classes that you won't be playing for a while, save all that rest exp to get your main to 60
-leves/fates/dungeons/crafting/gathering........stop all of this on Tuesday the 16th, so you will still have the exp bonuses from the Challenge Log (only applies to early access)
CHOCOBOS
-if you're rank 20, consider getting some Thav Onions now, just in case they'll still be used to rank up the chocobo >20
-set your current favorite food to Curiel Root for the extra exp gains
-get a stack of Ghysahl Greens, with as 'hard' as the open world mobs are supposed to be, you might be using and losing your bird often
-also have the challenge log ready to go for ranking 'bos if applicable
FCs
-start saving FC credits now, you should be running double buffs 24/7 in the first month of HW. Battle exp, food buff duration, and Spiritbonding will probably be the most popular
-get donations into the FC chest of gil that will be used to fund the building of the FC airship
-discuss which members of the FC plan on leveling certain DoH/DoM. I recommend using the Short Messages to record this info.
-get your gardens empty, there might be new crops that you simply 'must have'
REAL LIFE
-fornicate copiously with your significant other, or self as applicable, prior to commencing HW activities. It may help reduce distraction occurrences later
-stock up on hot pockets, energy drinks and diapers
-take time off from work. Just don't tell them it's so you can be server first something in an online game, unless they already understand where your coming from....unless you fear they may try to beat you at it
-get nice and drunk, and sleep for at least the entire duration of the pre-launch maintenance time. It might be a while before you can do that again
I want to just build off this because this was a really good point and I completely forgot about my Challenge Log (that's what you get for having all the battle classes at 50 for a long time, lol).
Feeling Lucky
Complete 3 dungeons via the Duty Roulette. (84,300 EXP)
Dungeon Master
Complete 5 dungeons. (56,200 EXP)
(140,500 EXP total)
->Before Heavensward, only do 2 dungeons (keep in mind that trials (including Ifrit, Titan, and Garuda story) and 24-man runs do not count as dungeons). This way the first dungeon you do in Heavensward will give you your challenge log bonus.
You're the Hest Around I
Complete 3 guildhests. (28,100 EXP)
You're the Hest Around II
Complete 10 guildhests. (56,200 EXP)
(82,300 EXP total)
->Before Heavensward, only do 2 guildhests. You will, however, probably need to run guildhest roulette a bit extra at the end of the week for that extra EXP, though. :x
Fated to Wander
Receive the highest rating possible in FATEs in 5 different regions. (84,300 EXP)
Embrace Your Fate
Successfully complete 10 unique FATEs. (84,300 EXP)
(168,600 EXP total)
->This one is a bit more confusing, so hang with me. Before Heavensward, do 9 different FATEs total, but you need to do them in 4 different areas (ie Central Shroud, East Shroud, ect, ect). This way the first FATE in the first area of Heavensward will complete both of these bonuses at the same time.
Just Leve it to Me
Complete 5 Levequests with different leve plates. (84,300 EXP)
Making Like a Tree
Complete 20 Levequests. (84,300 EXP)
(168,600 EXP total)
->This one is also a bit confusing. You could do 4 leves before Heavensward and get the first reward right away, but leves also have an allowance and they take a very long time to regenerate. So if you're worried about not being level allowance capped before Heavensward, I suggest leaving this one alone.
However, I do suggest that you go and do 16 Levequests right now and hold onto them until after Heavensward. If you do level 40-45 Levequests, you are getting 160,000 EXP when you hand them in (not including their bonuses, btw). You can do 13 in Mor Dhona and 3 in either Bluefog or Whitebrim. 160,000 EXP before you go into Heavensward isn't a lot, but it'll give you a head-start. Do keep in mind they reward the EXP to the class you play them on.
Exercising the Right
Vote 5 times in the player commendation. (56,200 EXP)
(56,200 EXP total)
->Commend 4 people before Heavensward.
Your Challenge Log is going to offer you 616,200 EXP. You only need 562,000 EXP to hit 51. So doing your Challenge Log alone will bring you up to level 51 really quickly. Furthermore, including the 160,000 you get from turning in Levequests that is 776,200 EXP. So, please, keep an eye on those Challenge Logs the week of June 16th. It is going to be a vital part of EXP for your main class into Heavensward. Capping Poe that week is going to be pretty miserable, however, as you're probably going to have to spam primals/coils/24-man-raids.

"omg Se u suxk we need new content now!111 i have nothing to do ffs "

Been preparing for HW by playing Splatoon every day..

I'm technically all set already. There's only a few things I haven't done and I'm in no rush to do them. I'll compile a list:
Things accomplished and why I'm ready for Heavensward:
1: Saved up over 13 million gil. Not as much as I had when I helped buy the FC manor some time ago, but 13 million should cover me for awhile.
2: Every class is level 50 and fully geared up, save for the weapons department. All combat roles have WoD and augmented poetics gear along with all of them having their respective relic weapon, the lowest grade among them being at the atma stage. (BLM, MNK, BRD, and NIN off the top of my head, with NIN being almost up to animus, which will then quickly go up to Novus cause I have enough alex for a Novus upgrade) PLD has its Zeta. SCH, WAR, WHM, and SMN are at Nexus. And DRG is almost done with Novus. I stopped working on the relic weapons along the way due to 3.1 bringing in the new relic weapons, but I might push on finishing the atma stage of my NIN relic, since I only have about 3 books to go on NIN.
3: I've got time off of work for Heavensward. I normally don't take days off just to get some game time in on release day, but I'm THAT excited for Heavensward.
4: Made the level 30ish armor and accessory sets I believe I'll need to start off with for the 3 new jobs. Making extra sets and flooding the marketboards with them starting as of... last week. It's amazing how much more expensive the lvl 30 tank armor suddenly became this week on the Leviathan server. People are already trying to take advantage of the DRK popularity and flooding the marketboards with the stuff... I'm assuming at least.
5: All beast tribes are at max loyalty. (Have been for quite some time)
6: Capped on leve allowances.
What I'm still doing in prep for Heavensward even though I'm technically ready:
1: Training the Chocobos in the FC stable. Rank 18 on mine! So CLOSE!
2: If I'm willing to push myself and risk burning myself out a bit before Heavensward, finish my NIN atma books.
3: Pop on every day or three to check to see what I sold, and craft and refill the marketboards with said sold stuff.
4: Avoid playing FFXIV so as to avoid burning myself out on the game, and focus on my backlog of single player games instead. It's a bit amazing to see just how much shorter most single player games are compared to playing an MMO after playing FFXIV for so long. @_@
I recently started a new game + run of Tales of Xillia 2, simply because there's extra things in this game I haven't done yet, but I need a reminder of the story in the process, lol.
That's about it. My notable times of being logged in for... pretty much all of June so far have been very short periods.
