    Wow... I hope this won't happen to me.. sorry to hear that. I wouldn't try email support, they would answer in 1 month. Try chat support or call them asap.

    Not necessarily. I've also had a problem with my payment method. I opened a support ticket via e-mail support last sunday and the issue was cleared today.

    If you've bought Heavensward at the EU SE online store, try the e-mail support. Just be detailed enough in explaining your problem.
