    It actually takes quite a bit of time to go through the entire MSQ at this point. Even more so if you were to include queueing times.

    Not nearly as horribly time consuming as some people try to make it out to be though. The basic quests themselves take a trivial amount of time. The only time consuming portions of the MSQ are the trials and dungeons, and fortunately for the player-base there are not that many of them that are required.
