No, the only version that comes with a months sub is the all in one that includes both ARR and Heavensward.

Expansions have stopped doing this as of late, in addition to increasing in price.
Which is a shame. I'd be willing to dive right back in to a LOT of my old favorites if they'd include a month of their Gold status/subscription with the expansion.
But in the case of XIV...i'm still playing so it doesn't bother me :P

pre-order should be available til it's no longer a pre-order, meaning the official launch on the 23rd, though you should set your limit to the 18th just to be safe.

You can pre order the game meanwhile is not the launch date. Why not just wait and play the old content if you not planning to enter the new places.

OP is asking if we get one month free for buying the expansion. Just like when you buy the game and make a new account, you get a free month of game time.

@OP unfortunately, MMOs have stopped this a long time ago.
