I've had a couple of Brontes like that. The most reecent one I've force popped, there was just one more spot for me to eat at when he finally popped. The "advanced theory" which we can't quite confirm without immediately being able to counter it by saying the cooldown wasn't up already; a specific spawn location has a "landmine" waiting for someone to eat at it and when you finally find it he will spawn. The reason we think think this is because we've had a _really_ off day on Excalibur once where Brontes was at +28 hours overdue (from minimum respawn) and we couldn't get it to spawn at a single one of the locations for TWO HOURS until someone remembered there was a location inside the Qiqirin pit and it immediately spawned there when someone ate at the spot.
