I'm rather tickled (not in a good way) at some of the ideas that have popped up that have been under the guise of 'sticking it' to high level players that would have the (impossible to be) unforeseen consequences of actually sticking it to newer players. People will level at their pace no matter what you do and would have about as much impact on anyone as a duck farting across the street. In the rain. Downhill. Play the game how you want, they will play how they want, all will be right in the world.
