Physcial PC HW....early access?

Hello

So I ordered the Physcial CE for the PC. Got all the codes entered, got charged for it and it's showing in the shipping status now. Purchased it from the SE store the day it was released for ordering. My wife got the Digital CE for the ps4, good to go there also.

I'm wondering if I'll get the physical copy for early access? Reason I'm hoping for that is because its going to be a long stretch downloading two expansions. I don't have the speediest download speed, 1.5 MB. And no I don't have any other options and no I'm not moving.....wait....no I'm not moving.

Users who have registered their early access codes and are currently playing FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn will have their game client updated automatically as we near early access and will not need to download a separate client. Users who do not have the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn client can download it here.

And As far as I know the Physical collectors aren't expected to arrive till the 23rd when the game is officially launched.

You'll be able to pre-dl the content before early access. The actual game is more for the code to register the expansion after the early access period is done, otherwise I think the disc is probably used for people who couldn't pre-dl cause they didn't get it around EA or cleaned out their pcs.

Yeah, was kind of afraid of that, was hoping that since we pre-ordered that it would release for us early too....

Well I do feel your pain, only had 768 kb down a couple of years ago....You know you could get a satellite hookup and just use that for downloads, they have some pretty good speeds now days..
