I'll add to the growing list of people who say "make sure the servers are up and running".

In the first couple of weeks of any expansion there's always a flood of players, new and old. I hope they're ready for that, because if they're unprepared, many of us aren't going to be able to enjoy the pre-order access, and many more won't even be able to enjoy the vanilla experience.
