Well no Magic classes, mages are almost full MP, there's probably no problem with TP, Titan HP is high, i dont see why there should be a song yet, it would be a waste of damage !!

Was it needed tho ? if yes, there obviously a real problem but if no, as you said "entire fight" it probably mean you've killed it anyway ^^.

There is never a case in which songs are necessary to complete something, that doesn't make it any less lazy to ignore part of your job.

It is not lazy if it's useless, it's neither lazy if they can output more DPS as Titan can be a real pain.

I'm quite sure that bards are going to become rather rare in this expansion...

No more luxury of worrying about Bards I'm afraid... Incoming complaints about Machinists not equipping their turret with MP or TP regen and leaving it on AOE dps mode for single target boss fight....

Basically whatever mode is inappropriate for the turret to be in, it will be that one, and whatever gun modification is the wrong choice, will always be the one used... It's just like the bard that starts Mage's Ballad or Army's Paeon at the beginning of every fight and when the song is actually needed, refuses to play it. :P

No songs.

Unless your healers are doing some serious dps, there should be no need for Foe Requiem since it only increases magic damage (Which is funny because the tooltip says reduced elemental damage, but it doesn't increase Windbite while it does increase Ruin). While yeah, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't exactly help dps a ton either. All it does is drain the mp of your only Bard who is aware enough to use their songs.

You all do know that the Foe buff is applied to the monster so it helps the whole raid/alliance, not just your party, right?
