New glamour dress on a male (art)

I dunno, I still wouldn't mind a little cloth covering over the chests of the men in the game! It's be silly but that one gear set, I think it's either crafted or you get it from one of the Crystal Tower raids, also has it!

I think it would lose a lot of the aesthetic if you completely removed the top! It dies a lot of the outfit together.

I agree about the top and I would have made it more like my beloved taffeta shawl but I was trying to make the translation of the outfit as faithful as possible. If you check out the original pictures the top actually has a lot of ripples of tension in the fabric, and is only smooth on the outermost part of the breasts. Since guys don't have a ton of fluff on their chests there wasn't an easy way to draw the ruching (sp?) without it looking even more awkward so I kept the ripples at their logical source along the edge seams and smother where the fabric would be pulling against his pecs. ^_^

I will be trying to design alternative top options to inspire the devs (is that who handles that stuff?) so keep an eye out today! I agree that the way I've drawn the top looks a bit funny (something I attribute to my artistic skills rather than actual design flaw).

That makes a lot of sense and np, I like giving positive feedback when I can. Your art work is really to the point otherwise though and considering a lot of these outfits have so many little difficult details says a lot about how observant you are as well. Keep up the good work.

I wish to show my support for this idea aswell! I quote myself from the thread where it was revealed that only the male outfit would be unisex.

Finally we get a set that is very appealing for both male and female but the exclusivity is once again flushed down the drain as female get to wear the male version again because female characters are clearly favored by the devs... Seriously, its really annoying... Make BOTH sets exclusive or make them both wearable by the other gender ffs... It's as if they take very seriously the players who want their female character to be able to wear male sets while they clearly mock the idea of doing the same for the male characters for the players who want it. The game already has crossdressing in its story (Hildibrand) so why do they think players cannot enjoy a good laugh or serious crossdressing with their own characters?

Also guys... Just admit it... That elezen sports that dress perfectly if not better than most females. He looks fabulous and I want to order one for my miqo too!
