    As others have stated, contacting customer support will almost certainly get you the answers you seek. They have more in-depth information as to what is going on, rather than complaining about it on the forums to other people that don't have any idea of what is happening behind the scenes. Customer support has the info, other players don't....which one makes more sense to ask?

    I completely agree with idea of contacting customer support, that does not exclude them from their responsibility to address the players as to why this issue has yet to be corrected.
