Kicking leechers from PvP is pretty much pointless

There are leechers who do nothing but stand in one spot and move a little once in awhile so they don't get auto-kicked. Chances are, since PvP is not very popular, if you kick them they'll just come back. Unless you wait till the very end of the match(where it stops filling spots), but by that point the leecher has done a lot of harm to your team.

Really hope the devs make it so the kicked person can't come back; for both PvE and PvP. :S But it's worse for frontlines. It's not just tanks who come back; any leecher can come back, their class doesn't matter.

For Frontlines: Slaughter, by the time you can kick someone (5mins after the match starts), no one else can join the match because there are only 10m remaining. Which means there is a point to kicking leechers in Frontlines: Slaughter.

I know it's dumb that no one else may join, but meh, at least the leecher is gone.

I don't think it's dumb. I did point out that spots wont be filled after a certain point in time(didn't specify slaughter mode though). But you still need to wait a certain amount of time before being able to boot em' for good, then you're stuck with 7/8 a whole match. So either way you're a man down when it comes to slaughter mode.

edit: Some leechers are infamous, and you can spot them right off the bat. When you see em', you know you're screwed. Reporting them doesn't seem to do anything.

I posted this thread after getting out of a secure match where a leecher came back after being kicked a few times. Wasn't the first time I saw it happen.

I don't think leechers are that big of a deal, but they still suck.

Yeah not sure what the hell the deal is with afking specially when you just know someone who wnats to play can't get in. But all games have this. The only way to fix this I know of is try to que in groups. Other games let you que in groups better though.

It's hard to get them kicked . Had a guy say he was guarding the jump pads while he was hiding behind a rock the whole match after I called him out the next few games he went out and got killed a lot. My favorite was when he ran around on his chocobo at mid and jumped off the side. Still couldn't get a kick to go thru.
