A question about the hard copy of the COLLECTOR'S EDITION [PS4]

This a small thing and I am surprised I did not think about it before but will I need to play with the disc in the PS4 every time I want to play or is it just for the main install and then after that I can take out the disc.

when you preodered the Phisical CE, they gave you a code. depending on wich store you preordered it, for example, if you did it on the EU Store, they gave you a 12 digit code, that you neeed to enter in the ps store to download the game

Like Defteros was saying, with the CE you'll get an early access code.

It should show up in your email when it's ready.
Using that you should eventually get a PSN download code for early access. Once you use that, you won't need to use the main install disc at all.

If you don't want to play using the disc, I recommend never taking the disc out of the package. Sometimes if you use the disc to install you can get "stuck" in disc-mode and it becomes difficult to get back to running-entirely-off-the-hard-drive mode.

Like many others on ps4/ps3 that bought from SE store and whomever else. I expect the codes to be available sometime around 11th based on my phone call conversation with bestbuy today. They said they don't even have the code to give anyone just yet but will most likely give out codes a week before the early access begins. Of course if I could get the code any sooner who am I to complain.

I bought the physical CE for ARR, and only needed to use the disc once to install the game, and from then on never needed a disc again. I would assume it's the same deal here. you can install from the disc if you wish, but you shouldn't need it every time you play

Anyone know if Physical CE is going to get access to the PS4 Theme?? People are showing it from pre-ordering on PSN, but I feel like it shouldn't be exclusive from people who buy on the S-E Store.

The code for early access will allow you to play the game until 6/27 (check the front page of the Lodestone for those details) without the need for a physical disc/registration code that comes packaged with it so you'll be able to download and play well before you "need" to have the actual product.
