Could SE maybe scale the rewards somehow depending on performance? Like they do in Hunts and FATEs? Maybe your maximum loot roll can be tied to your performance. So if you do really badly, you can't roll above a 20 or something.
This does have the downsides that the current FATE/Hunt reward system awards overhealing, and that if you die and no one bothers to raise you then you get nothing.
Maybe I'm a lion...

By and large, the Alliance members don't care at all and just pull the next boss (they aren't waiting for anything). Also asking anyone to wait on opening the loot chest so we can kick is ignored and it appears some even get pleasure from opening the chest, due to the fact you simply asked them to wait to allow you to kick an afk leech.

I've noticed a couple in fights themselves, but I've also noticed people getting kicked as "leechers" because they got caught outside the barrier due to reviving when someone was in a rush to pull. I have a friend on a different server, (and data center), who's noticed this quite often as well.....

CT raids are ridiculously easy.
If a few people being carried are genuinely slowing you down, then step up your own game.
And that is why we have so many terrible and lazy players in higher level content these days. I don't care if we're running Satasha normal; don't drag your feet and make the run take longer just because you want to get the shinies with no effort.

Except someone bad in Sastasha can actually slow you down somewhat.
The reason they made the large-group raids in this game the easier ones is precisely so that slackers won't be a real hindrance.

Yeah this. Just got done doing it with my wife for her daily(I did mine this morning). But I wouldn't say they were bad. Just undergeared and new to the towers. If Xande is taking longer than 5 minutes(or if he teleports away three times), you know there's some undergeared people in there.
Had a dorky LoA run though... come on now, gotta kill all the skeles, so Bone Master Jackson doesn't KO the entire raid.
Edit: about the only things Ive been noticing in my data center is pulling before everyone arrives. This wouldn't be a problem if not for the fact that you can get locked out.

My point being is the people who are playing like they should don't need to pick up the slack if some people are being lazy. I'm expected to pick up the slack if my co-healer's gear is nowhere as powerful as mine because they can't keep up. If their gear is equal to mine, then I expect them to do their job properly because they CAN keep up. When everyone starts thinking they can just be lazy because "hell with you I can do what I want", then everyone else is going to embrace that attitude and that is why we get complaint threads all the time over easy content taking longer due to everyone else being lazy. Go ahead and be lazy, but you lose all rights to complain if something is taking too long to your liking or if you get booted.
You know, maybe we need more content that was like Steps of Faith pre nerf. Or even stuff like the Odin trial. Content where you get punished for not outputting your best like you should. I bet you everyone who cried for a nerf are the same people who want to be carried. You wanna be carried? I'll carry you right off the team so you can laze around by yourself.

You seem mad.
Quit getting mad at video games.
Edit: Actually, let me correct myself.
Quit getting mad at something that isn't under your direct control beyond the chance for a successful vote-to-kick. It's a waste of energy.
