Now that digital pre-orders of the PS3 and PS4 versions of Heavensward are available on the North American PlayStation Store we’d like to give you an update on the situation for pre-orders in Europe.

We are happy to confirm that the digital versions of Heavensward for PS3/PS4 will be available to purchase on the European PlayStation Store from Friday 19th June!

By purchasing either the standard or collector’s editions of Heavensward for PS3/PS4 between 19th to 23rd June, you will be able to play Heavensward content throughout the early access period, as well as receive the pre-order bonus items.

We’ll follow up with further details at a later late, but rest assured that those who wish to order the digital PS3/PS4 versions on the European PlayStation Store, and obtain the pre-order bonuses, will be able to do so!

Preorder bonuses? You mean waiting for the download from congested servers?

I rarely criticize you guys. But this is simply ridiculous. Early access starts the day the PSN finally will have this working? I guess we better hope that there are no more screw-ups or delays in getting Early access codes - after Early access has started... The whole concept of a pre-order is that you do it aheadoftime, not after it's already available.

Tell us though, for the benefit of those in the EU region, have you orSony figured out what to do for players who upgraded from the PS3 to PS4 version? Currently that is completely non-functional in NA. Did no one at SE think to test this in the dev PSN? No one at Sony tested? Come on guys you can do better than this.

Wow that's not cool for EU fans and eh i'm thinking the fact it's been push so far back for them is the NA bug? but now i'm really worried. Dose this mean the NA bug will not be fix till the 19th or at all?

Happy to confirm??? Did you copy paste that or you din't even think of how bad this is and that there's nothing to be happy about??? EU doesn't get the option to pre order when you guys have been telling us for ages that we would be able to. On top of that you will wait till last moment so we are open to buggs like the ps3 to ps4 upgrade one and you would make us miss early access days.

Wow calm down, its not like you are missing game time on the expansion, you still got 16 days to do all that.

It's not that, it's that one EA day everyone will have the game pre-loaded and set while the EU PS Store and Download servers will get slaughtered and leave many of the EU player base left out.

This is why pre load was set up, to counteract those issues.

It's pretty infuriating that EU always get's the short end of the stick especially with a big launch like this.
