If you ordered from the SE Store you should have received your Early Access Code via email...

This is not true for NA (or at least me) I have yet to receive my EA code at all and I ordered a PS4 CE physical copy from the SE store itself, I've yet to be charged either! I keep checking my e-mail and bank account and nothing, not one single notification or charge has occurred yet >.< I'm starting to think SE has just dropped the bomb on a few things especially with PS's, it was so much smoother back at 2.0 EA and Launch. :/
