PS4 Heavensward CE digital there, but can't be purchased???

I'm confused. I know that there's the issue I heard of people that upgraded from PS3 version to PS4 version of ARR are being expected to buy ARR, which SE is looking into. But the issue I ran into is that when I go to the Collector's Edition page on the PSN store, it says "Not available for purchase"

Is this because Sony made it un-purchasable after SE contacted them about the issue? Or is it not being purchasable in the first place the issue and I just misunderstood the other issue those that upgraded were having. I'm one of the ones that upgraded from PS3 to PS4 version of ARR last year.

It was available for me, even though I got the standard edition. Have you tried from your pc browser of ps app on your phone?

There is any issue for users who upgrade from PS3, to a PS4 edition.

SE are currently working to resolve the issue with Sony.

When its fixed, I'm sure you'll know. All you can do is wait atm.
