Cant buy the PS4 Version of Heavensward

They told me that PS3 copy releases earlier so I should just buy that instead because PS4 is going to release later... meanwhile I have no PS3 to use anymore...

Oh I was thinking something was messed up with my account but looks like everyone from PS3 > PS4 is having issues, PSN still has me listed as PS3 for full version and has me listed as demo for PS4. Well this also affect if wanted to buy a copy from regular store also?

Why are people doing things like this? You have 17 days until early release, we got an SE response within what? About 3 hours? Just be patient. If this is still an issue in 10 days, it would be closer to (but still not quite) an appropriate time to start the panic party.

I did that as soon as it went up on the store as I'm at work, SE didn't respond till 2 hours after I had made the purchase. To be honest I'm not worried about the $30 I used for the purchase of the PS4 version, just worried that it screwed my account up.

I was seeing this issue before I saw this forum thread.

I was in live chat to see what is going on about this and he told me the following:

The system is still updating. give it about 2 hours and log onto the store from your console. If you are still having problems, contact PSN tech support again.

So there is the word from PSN about 15 mins ago.

Under my PSN account for Services List, it says I have Heavensward Early Access. Does that I have early access? bought the bundle. PS3 to PS4 upgrade.

We are aware of the issue where users who participated in the PS3>PS4 upgrade campaign are not able to purchase the Heavensward pre-order for the PS4 on PSN.
We are currently reaching out to Sony regarding this and will update when we have more information.

I posted this in another thread:

I tried calling Sony support and they said that the store is being upgraded all day every Tuesday so that could be interferring with what we are seeing and they commented to try it later after the PSN store maintenance is over.

Also, they verified that I had A realm reborn listed under my account for the PS4.

Think we may just need to wait for the PSN store maintenance to finish updating before we can purchase.

I was a lot more panicked before I called Sony and talked to a live person heheheh

I have yet to get on the PSN store to see if the game is available, which apparently it is finally. This is disheartening because I also upgraded from PS3 version to PS4. If I'm cut out of the preorder bonuses and early access because of this, I'm going to really question whether to bother with HW.
