    So I've been on with support, and after a long queue:

    Agent G: As of now folks that upgraded from PS3 > PS4 are having pre order issues, sony is working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
    Then took my contact info... that was it.

    Doesnt matter if i restart my system or not... the problem is stil there... I am a tranfered ps3 user to ps4... my accounts STATES i am and playing PS4 account and PS4 User ... ... So what gives?

    So, after a much faster queue with Sony: After verifying that being logged into my account wasn't working, I got this suggestion.

    J: We will try one more thing from our side. Using the account where you go that go to Settings>PSN>Restore licenses. Then access to the store in your PS4 and try to preorder it.
    It didn't work for me and they recommended I contact Square Enix. So we're just... stuck waiting.
