Made some progress on my to-do list

Achievement Goals:

Complete Paladin Tank achievements and get Lion Mount
Collect all 6 Primal Ponies and get Kirin Mount
Complete 100 GATES
Complete “Where the Wind Blows” 10 times
Win 300 Roulette Matches and get Vaan Card
Complete FCOB 10 times
Finish the last big of fishing in Black Shroud for the Fishing Luminary Tool
Obtain a DoL Lucis Tool
Obtain a DoH Lucis Tool
Obtain High Grade material through transmutation
Complete 500 Grand Company Leves for each faction


Non Achievement Goals:

Get Chocobo to lvl 20 and get all bardings
Complete 2nd Relic Weapon (Excalibur) to Zeta (6th Mahatma)
Collect enough Atma to get all remaining relics Atma’d
Catch the last damn Big Fish (Imperial Goldfish)
Obtain all 3 Lucis Gathering Tools
Finish Crafting Artisan/Forager Offhands
Finish leveling GSM desynth (108/110)
Purchase the 4 MGP Minions
Purchase the MGP Barding
Obtain as many more minions as possible (Nanka, Mummy, WoD, Assasain Fry, Nutkin, Littlefoot)
Farm TT Cards (Merlwyb, Siren, Terra, Bartz, Onion Knight , Lightning)

Had no luck with minions so far, but got a lot of cards down (now 75/80). Also I've decided to wait on the CUL craft 120 items achievement for 3.0 cause of exp bonus on items. Should definitely be able to zeta Excalibur before then but not sure if I am gonna bother with all the atma.


I've also been thinking about maybe getting some computer upgrades. I ran the benchmark okay, but over the last few months i've been noticing increaingly long times for my computer to start up, load things and shutdown.

I also made some progress on my very short to-do list:

• Clear Turn 13. We’re currently at the beginning of the last phase, but we aren’t getting to that phase consistently, so we’re trying to come up with other strategies to get there more consistently. I just want to get the clear. I don’t care much about the loot it drops anymore, since Heavensward is around the corner.
• Finish the Moogle Delivery quests. I think i still have 10 quests to go
• Get a Summer Pareo & Coronal Bikini through desynthesis (because the ones on the Market boards are either too expensive or sold out. (^_^; ) ) The biggest problem is, that even with the Melded Forager’s Gear, my stats are still too low to catch that fish. I will need to upgrade my Fishing Rod, since i’m still using the original iLevel 50 one. That alone will be a time consuming objective. (^_^; )
• Gear up my White Mage and Bard with Augmented Ironworks gear (or Coil gear if i can get my hands on them)

The only thing i want to do before is to finish up the moogle delivery quests and cap my Poetics tomes at 2000.

I recently went and bought the Summer Pareo & Coronal Bikini from the Market Boards, since gearing up my Fisher with the proper Fishing Rod and updating my Accessories was a task that would not make it worthwhile in the end and i managed to buy the set for about 1.6 Million. Something i wouldn’t even have considered doing about half a year ago. But, since i was doing the Ixali Beastmen quests on a daily basis and selling the Sealants on the Market Boards, i managed to scrounge together around 8 Million. At that point, i was willing to just spend that 1.6 Million and be done with it. (^_^; )

I also have geared up both my White Mage and Bard with a combination of Poetics and Dreadwyrm gear, so those are finished as well. Since i don’t really play any other jobs next to those 3, i don’t see the point in gearing up other jobs (which their gear will be rendered obsolete, not too far into the expansion anyway) so i decided to just cap my Poetics.

I currently have around 350 Poetics with 2 1/2 more weeks till Heavensward. I should be able to get 2700 more tomes. So, by the time i’m capping them at 2000, i can always see if it want to get a Casting Accessory (or something).

When ever i had some time to spare, i’d queue up for Steps of Faith, to see if i can help others get their clear for the Main Story line. Last night, i helped 4 people getting their clear, so my counter is currently at 7. (^_^ )-b I’ll see if i can help more people in the next few weeks.

So… Till Heavensward, my new objectives will be:

• Finish the Moogle Delivery quests
• Cap my Poetics tomes at 2000 before the Early Access
• Help people get their Steps of Faith clear
