Unless they all get sequels, it ain't happening.
Especially in the case of Xenogears, as the Xeno-franchise is owned by a separate company now, SE only has the rights to the original version of the original game.

It would be overall pulled from the Seiken Densetsu series and Chrono series (all of two official games), so not hard to do if it's, for example, a reference to a tree of great power or Lavos per se. On the note of Xenogears, yes SE has the rights and ownership to it, which is also the reason why Xenosaga and Xenoblade can't outright make connections to Xenogears in the first place aside from references with just enough ambiguity to not get in trouble; they are, really, different beasts now, so it technically should be a non-issue for them to pull from Xenogears (like Weltall stomping around, since that is specifically Xenogears).
