    I want there to be duties specific to DoH and DoL classes. I have the way it could be worked out planned out, but I'm waiting until I have more time to actually type it out and create a thread for it. The basic idea is system run crafting competitions that score based on difficulty, HQ chance obtained, and actually creating a HQ item for crafters, and basically the same but with gathering for the DoL classes. Ideally it would either reward the winners with ingredients/gear, or be a part of the Golden Saucer and reward them with MGP....

    Quests are an inefficient way to level up anyway.

    1.x had Hamlet Defence late in it's cycle, which was similar to a Fate except that DoH/DoL had a period before it actually started to supply the base to be attacked to give it a better chance. Re-establishing that would actually make sense for 3.x, what with the dragonsong war.
    my old game had a feature like that.. fighting classes objective was to break opposing teams defences n steal thier treasure escorting it back to our base while crafting classes job was to build n repair defences through a npc when needed for example -- if opposing team broke ur main gate if a crafting class was fast enough you could rebuild the gate b4 the enemies got out = trapping them inside your base for slaughter super fun pvp that was lol
