Surecast allows you finish casting whatever spell without being interrupted. Turn 5's fireball being one example I don't think it needs to be changed at all it doesn't make or break a fight but I'd rather not have another skill that does more or less the same as another.

That seems redundant. It's like... Swiftcast is just a superior version of Surecast or something. If that were the case, that'd be worse than them doing the same thing because it would mean Swiftcast entirely invalidates Surecast.
