New PLD enmity combo is using riot blade, 80TP. Unless the finisher is only 40 TP, it will have to be used sparingly in fights with no breaks.

There could also be possibility that finisher from RB combo uses mana instead TP, it would be pretty wierd to spam DPS combo that regens mana without using any. Unless we get more support skills besides SS that consumes mana.
