Probably a little bit of both. They do have to translate Heavensward's script into like 5 languages, and that is a LOT of text to translate and correspond with across that many languages.

That said, they said back in March they had the naming schemes fully realized, so I don't imagine it would take that long to translate them. I just want to be able to name this tough cutie:

Your design kinda makes me reconsider that hairstyle even though i didnt originally like it. Maybe it's just cause I went with face 4 cause it fits the kinda dark/evil look I was going for XD
