What new emotes would you like to see added in the future?

I'd like to see:

/lay (Character lays down, similar to laying on the beds)
/playdead (character collapses, similar to dying)
/facepalm (you know you want it)
/scared (we have the facial emote, but no body emote)
And an emote that let's us like, sit close to a bench but not on it lol

/lay or /sleep Yes please! I had a thread asking for just such a thing. Specifically for Miqote and possibly Au Ra (thx to the tails) where we actually lay down on a bed and not on our stomachs.

The already in game musical items, make a music stand that emotes you to sing. /sing wouldn't be good as a general emote for RP, how many RP characters can't sing?

You also could macro some short poems if you want to RP singing too .

I didn't ask for /sing for Role playing purposes
I just want to hear my character sing! Having this be a crafted item seems kind of .... odd. My character has a voice already, theoretically she should be able to hum or sing a song whenever and wherever I like. I don't need to craft a voice box for her XD

That being said, if there was in game musical items that actually played a chunk of the score from Answers or Dragonsong that'd be cool too.. but I'd prefer my character could hum it :3

There's a couple NPC poses that I want. I don't know about other races, but for Lalas there is one where they have their hands on their sides, kinda like the couple Lala NPCs in the gold saucer. It's also the emote that you get when you rank up in GC, and I think it's adorable. Like in a "I'm trying to be serious, but I'm still a fat potato" kinda way. There is another where they stand and fan themselves with their hand, like in some Thanalan areas.

I also like emote expressions to linger a bit. So when you do something like /happy, you don't suddenly go super serious after the emote ends. The smile should linger a bit.
