when theres games available for preorder not released until 2016 its more like SE's fault for the delay not sony's they pay fees to put games in psn so yeah...

What goes up for preorder on psn is generally based on whether or not sony (not SE) is handing out a bonus for preordering the game, and/or if the size of the market for the game itself. Yes, you'll see preorder options for big, in demand, high anticipation titles available for 2016, but not so much niche titles.

That is incorrect, regardless of bonus or no bonus, that doesn't matter at all to be eligible for preorder on the ps store, I already asked the official AskPlaystation twitter account and they confirmed is not up to them but the developer (SE).
