    TREUTHE (truth)

You can see the same inscription on the goatskin grimoires, and I think on the Doctor's and GC Soldier's Picatrix as well.

    Pentetolothys
Pente is the number 5 in Greek and toloth is the number 8 in Tolkien's Sindarin.
So, Pentetolothys can mean 58th or 40th (five octets).

    Athealogicad
Quite a number of suffixes here that make it a bit confusing.

The suffix -ad denotes that it is something "related to" or roughly "On the topic of".

-logy denotes that it is a study of "atheism" or more liberally "un-godlyness" or "unholiness".

The suffix -ic makes the above an adjective instead of a noun, so I would translate the whole word as "About the study of the unholy [things/spells/magic]"

So "Pentetolothys Athealogicad" could mean the "58th [tome] on the study of the unholy [things/spells/magic]"

EDIT: I forgot about the "Ylk'eorz" thing which as others have already said could mean the "Ilk of Eorzia", which would make the full title "58th [tome] on the study of the unholy eorzian beings" so, basically a Monsters Compendium or a summoning book.

The rest of the script looks similar to H. P. Lovecraft's R'lyehian (Cthulhu language) or WoW's Old Gods language which is based on the former.

It's interresting because in the ancient Library in FFV all the page monsters are based on binaries numbers ( they are all powers of 2 ), Page 32, Page 64, Page 128, Page 256. I wonder if they will use some kind of pattern for the book monsters here again.

There is nothing divine about Logy. It just means reason, study, logic.

So to these creatures, we as "Eorzeans" are the bad guys?

So wait, this could mean that it's a living version of that demonomicon thing that we pick up in level quests. If it is "The 58th book of Unholy Beings in Eorzea" then it could be a book of voidsent/demons/monsters that were written down and then the book enchanted (Ala Demon Wall) to keep people from summoning those beings (Cough Cough, Diablos, Cough.)

Athealogicad actually has the word Thealogic in it. So since thealogic means inline with theology then adding A (The Greek prefix for Anti) then it's "That which is against Theology" which can also be read as unholy.

    • Another possibility is that the prefix "Athea-" is intended to imply Aether.
    • Confirming "Treuthe" to be a ME spelling of "truth"
    • "Tetheth Cthulaniacl" - I'm guessing a connection with chthonic
    • Let's note some other long words more likely to be "Sharlayan" than "Dragonspeak": Thaeothelphae, Noctologolae.
    • We've got some Dragonspeak from here
The next part is sung in dragonspeak:

      Dys an sohm in
      Rhos an kyn
      Sah djahs afah an
      Mah morn narr

      Which translates into:

      our slumber disturbed
      my brothers wake
      vengence will be ours
      the saviors must perish
    • We also have this, wherein we get a few words translated from Dragonspeak.
    • "Atymos" I'm going to presume is our good friend Atomos.
    • "Li" appears to be an article of some sort.
    • " 'ol " looks like a pluralizing mark, a la "ot/oth" or "im" in Hebrew.
