Thank you, this is what I was getting at. I'm not saying parry is good in coil, hell, I'm barely saying it's good in dungeon tanking. I just wanted to make a point that in a large amount of dungeon content, parry is a worthwhile stat to stack.

Like Donjo also said, if I'm flashing a big group to keep them from running amok, Crit is doing nothing, while parry could be saving me thousands of damage over the course of the pull. No disrespect to you SirTaint, but there are many scenarios when I'm tanking that Crit would be wasted.

Say I pulled 2 groups in WP HM. Flash 3/4 times and start into combo, by that time I could have parried 4 or more attacks, but only had the chance to Crit anything ~7 seconds after damage starts. Again, not saying ppl need to stack parry>Crit, but for this style of play it is valid.

My main point with this thread was to encourage people to think about using parry depending on their play style.
