Think it's just medium and large. I was mainly looking for large anyway, just will take me a few years to make that kinda gil.

I was actually scoping out houses for my friends and I and I can say there are no small plots left on Ultros. Lavender Beds is pretty full, a few mediums and a spattering of large houses are still available in the Mists, and the Goblet has the most available plots, just no small.

Higher end materia went for about 500k plus last I looked, but I haven't checked it in months.

Edit: I should add that it is concerning natively available plots, not players selling plots, of which I have seen one in the past week selling a small plot. Also clarified for the Mists.

This is the fourth house I've seen this person sell in the time I've seen them using Party Finder.. This is the second house THIS WEEK this person has been advertising to sell.

The start of the week they were selling a small Goblet house.

SE this is absolutely retarded. Please make it to where a person can only own one personal house per server and to where they cannot be the FC leader on another character of a FC owning a house if they are already a FC leader with house ownership and make it to where the personal house they own can be shared by their other characters on their service account.

To my knowledge Ultros has no plots left in Mist (maybe a couple mediums/larges) and Lavender Beds is almost out of plots as well. As far as our market goes, I usually only bother checking materia/demiamateria and Crit IVs were 300k and Det IVs were 350k and someone told me Piety was around there as well. Fieldcraft 3s are about 35k while Battlecraft 3s are 70k-80k and Mastercrafts are anywhere from 130k-170k last I checked.

My fc's ward, majority of the houses have been empty for months, ranging from abandoned FC's to personal houses where the player hasn't been seen in months.

I'm very social type, i like to go around and add neighbors to my friends list. I know they've been MIA for months.


Why the abandonment? there's little to no incentive to relinquishing land on the basis of "meh i got bored of the house" or going out of their way to relinquish before unsubscribing from the game.

The grace period for inactivity to auto-relinquish needs to be implemented and enforced.

A system needs to be setup where players can obtain a considerable refund for relinquishling land back to the hands of the server. Players conduct reselling deals but those are rare, and right now theres probably more inactive houses in plots than there are active that obviously needs to be dealt with.

The biggest mistake was to open the current areas for players instead of keeping it FC exclusive. There has to be another solution for solo-housing. When my FC bought the big plot 28 in the lavenderbeds for 46 Million on Cerberus, almost all houses have been occupied by solo-players and the result is having an "empty" ward in terms of players you see, which sadly is very boring.

As for Cerberus, we are simply sold out and people don't bother selling their plots on a regular basis.

Lets keep it real, the biggest mistake was implementing personal housing. SE should have bit their lips, and admit they fucked up and can't deliver personal housing on time, then postpone the implementation date until the real personal housing promised by yoshi p is ready.
