    Last repeat of Lightning event (and the Dragon Quest 1) was to one year celebrations maybe they intend to keep repeating it for 2 years again... but thats all hope I can give there.

    It was a promotional event for the Lightning Returns game. They repeated it for ps4 players due to the delayed release of ARR on ps4. It was not an annual event. It will not be back. Maybe they will add it the the cash shop later.
