You've won the battle now the Summoner population will be completely dead in 3.0 and they will main Black Mages since they are clearly better than Summoner in every way.

To be fair, the system is more like FFIX's unpowered summons (when they don't do the full animation).
And anything that references FFIX is awesome in my book.

Me three. :3
I am a little disappointed with not even one new egi, but I can understand their reasoning and the above makes up for it. We'll just have to see how it all plays out at level 60.![]()
Hey at least you have 3 Egi's, us white mages only get one water spell.

Dont feed Akiza. Guy has been a bane of the SMN threads for awhile. A vast majority of the SMN bitching comes from him alone.
ON TOPIC: Its not a full rework. Its not even a reowrk at all. They are changing ONE ability that will only effect two things: Our opener, our ability to switch to adds without having a bane ready. Thats it.
Adding the 'stance' and all that isnt a rework, its adding new abilities which literally every other class gets.
Personally, ive never thought we needed a rework. Most good players have never thought we needed a rework, and the only time ive been dissatisfied with SMN was during FCoB before the Ruin mana nerf.
Ive never went BLM, and dont plan to. I still pull amazing DPS on my SMN.
