This is not an empty plot. It's a plot someone else owned that you paid to make them relinquish it. There are no empty lots on your server.

Then your list should be empty, because it's not impossible to get houses. just because you don't want to pay extra to get a house doesn't mean there is no housing.

Throw enough money at it and you can make it happen.. Problem is, some people are so adamant on the idea that housing price should be exactly the fully depreciated price and a penny over that amount is a rip off..

Way I see it, SE simply set a price based on server population that they thought was a good starting point. It is not an official appraisal value by any means and circumstances can change things.

Housing atm it too expensive and inaccesible for the average player. It really is a broken system. Great list btw.

I'm genuinely curious about this because it's very hard to gauge "average" in this game.. I've run into a raider in fully decked out dreadwyrm gear who only has 50k in pocket and sometimes I run into somebody who has no lv 50 with over a million.

If you don't craft or earn gil in another legitimate way, then I believe most people sit at around a few hundred thousand to a mill. So yeah, obviously they're never going to get a house. 500k would be affordable. Prices are too high for most people to bother.

It's a ridiculous issue anyway, housing should be available to everyone like it is in every other game.
