What NEW races would you like to see?

Something along the lines of Gria or Bangaa (lizard-like race) or a bird race but I think Ixali kinda stole off with that concept unless it's kept more humanoid (forgot the FFT name equivalent).

As much as I'd love to see Ivalice style Moogles, the current Gridanian lore kinda prevents that unless we break the wall of there never being more than one type of Moogle race present within the world (sort of like how we have midlander and highlander Hyur as separate types but the same race).

I'd love to see a unique spin on the racial choices.

Most MMO's have The Normal, The Elf, The Midgit, The Brute, and the Animal. FFXI and XIV both fit that.

I'd love to see a race that has no "Human Skin" Option, Like Serpent Borns, or a Scalekin.

I would like to see another Tailed race show up, Again Serpent Born could fit into that.

But as is, I find Female Roegadyn So freaking beautiful I can't wait to play one.

So the Viera are the race that was in FF9? Think the characters name was Freya? I think that would be acceptable. ^^

I don't think however that we are ever going to see playable Goblins, Tonberries, Moggles ect, although i think i remember playing a big red cat with a fire tail, think it was FF7, lol.

I'd love for Gria too. But I don't know how they would implement the wings. We'd have to see how that'd go.

No, Those were Burmecians, They were Rats.
Viera were Bunnies and from FFXII.

I'd rather steer away from a racial suggestion that could be viewed as possibly mono-gendered. Don't want SE getting back into that habit.
