    Wouldn't be bad imo, but if they add more race I worry the animation team have to spend more time on every race and delaying stuff in future.

    if they add an item which allows you to switch, that would be cool, but I honestly don't see it happening =\

    It's good that Yoshida said it was far off. That way, the animation team isn't really having to work on it at the moment and can focus on more important things like giving us an animation for taking out our weapons while walking.

    YES!!! That is soooooooooo annoying! i'm glad someone else mentioned it! Although i do understand priority. I'm sure they have way better and more important things than that to fix but its quite a visual buzz kill to me.

    I'd love to see different factions, but SE is very much about making the players work together. Even the PvP is going to just be some form of sport or friendly contest.. so I don't think we'd see different factions.

    Although highly unlikely, I'd love to be able to play as the beastmen we currently have.

    Again unlikely, I'd like to be able to play as races from FF12/FFTA/FFTA2. Moogles, Seeq, Bangaa.

    Seeing as FFXIV/FFXI is kind of.. split from those though, any new races we see I'd like to be more beastlike such as a nearbeastman of sorts if we cannot get direct beastmen. Something more creaturelike for sure.

    Using the current beastmen as an opposing faction would be cool and an easy addition. The beast tribe quest hubs mentioned back in May, hint towards this maybe? http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/a...6&d=1304316419

    Seriously though, I'm not sure the story of the dunes to the South of Ul'dah, but you could have a dune faring race come forth. I don't know what they would look like though.
    Goblins are out of the question because they can only wear their special armor.
    Moogles are impossible because they don't wear armor.
    The current beastmen are pretty cool looking, but I don't like the aspect of being able to play them.
    Maybe a dog race, since we do have a cat race.

    When it comes to non-playable, I still want to see/fight Gigas
    They should be the beastman race for Coerthas ;D

    Of course it's doable. As someone very early on said: the Moogles role in XIV is so tiny and brief that it's hardly understandable. In my mind, they are the most iconic image of the franchise. In IX, they're social adventurers. In XIV they wear same kind clothing that everyone else does. They're the villains in the Chocobo games. Helpful guides, shop owners, crafters and healers all throughout the other games. Yet in XIV they're limited to cutscenes and special occasions. OMG a moogle /freakout. I hope this changes, one way or another.

    Maybe the Viera males are the Moogles from XII? (They both already possess bunny ears, in some moogle adaptions)

    I guess my point is moogles always seem to vary from the cute shopkeepers to the humanoid adventurers throughout the franchise. I'd like to see the humanoid moogles in Eorzea, and perhaps even have a chance to play as them aswell. (ideally, they could even be red)

    PS: Ronso could be another 'type' of Roegadyn. Both begin with the Japanse character Ro.
