Did my retainers disappear from the market board?

Check out this image. I was going over a few items that hadn't sold in forever. Item's I'll admit likely aren't super popular. Like Prismatic Heart, and this item. And I noticed some unusual thing going on . It would seem there were multiple instances of the item selling for more then what I had mine set as. I'm just curious if there has been any known bug with retainers occasionally being unlisted from the market, due to updates, maintenance or whatever. The only other possibility I can think of is these people selling for higher, simply put it up for a higher amount and had someone else buy it off of them, so it would appear to be more then what it is.

You don't need someone else, you can just buy it off yourself. It's called "shill buying"

Your retainer WILL cease to sell on the markets if you do not use them for an extended period of time. it will say 'selling until X date' and if you don't access your retainer before then, they automatically un-list.

It's possible that is what happened to you? ^^

Edit: oh yes,also like Meg said below - be aware that when you access that retainer - you are pulling your retainer off the Market board until you let them go back to it. So don't AFK while talking to a retainer.

I doubt it he had it out for a week though. More likely what Niquote said. They only list items for a week. You must talk to the retainer to get them to relist.

Its this, if you use the selling retainer to check the market prices, you won't be able to see your price for that item, because they stop selling when you talk to them.

For example Retainer A is selling Iron Rivets 500gil, if you list a new Iron Rivet item on Retainer A and check the pricing you wont see her prices listed. However if you go to your second Retainer (Retainer B lets say) and list Iron Rivets and check pricing you will see your Retainer A's listing of the Iron Rivet. So that Image you listed is perfectly normal.

I'm pretty sure a retainer won't unlist items unless ALL items on that retainer go unsold for a sufficient amount of time. I've lost track of the number of times when I check my retainer only to find that something I put up as much as a YEAR before has finally sold.

Well the window I'm showing is not checking the market prices, its checking the market history. And sense my stuff didn't sell, that's why my name isn't listed. Doesn't have anything to do with me talking to my retainer currently.
