I think what folks are worried about is that "before" could mean "one day before early access". Folks are scared that there will be a preposterous glut of people trying to download the thing all at the same time, and that a lot of folks who should be getting early access could be locked out for a day or more simply because the servers can't handle so many people trying to download at once.

Folks that are angsting about this want to be sure that there's a good week or longer where they'll be able to download the game, so they don't have to worry about getting lost in the rush. It also leaves a comfortable window of time just in case something goes wrong and they need to communicate with customer support.

even ppl that has the code applied now , will all download the game the same day ~~ ,and thats before the put the server downs for 24h maintenace before Early access ...
