Might end up in the cash shop at some point, though I wouldn't really expect the event to roll out again. It was supposed to be twice (for the Japanese and then North American releases of FFXIII-3) and then was repeated again I think for the benefit of PS4 players. Maybe they'll have another go at it, but at some point limited time events have to disappear I think.
